I loved my trial and want to continue using Change. Where do I enter my credit card?
Simply log in to the Change Dashboard, click "Plan" and enter your credit card by clicking "Add." In a pinch, you can quickly extend your plan right within the app. Just tap "Account," then "Plan," and "Add 1 Month" on the Settings screen.
How does billing work?
Once your credit card has been entered into the Change Dashboard, we'll automatically charge it per your preference (monthly or annually) and send you an email invoice.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. To freeze your account, just log in to your Change Dashboard, click "Plan" then "Put On Hold." "Resume Plan" is on the same screen, so you can come back to Change anytime you want.
What is the Change Dashboard?
The Change Dashboard is your hub for viewing your online reporting and accounting. The Change Dashboard is synced with the app, giving you power in the form of instant data.
Do I have to have an internet connection to use Change?
Internet is not required for daily use of the Change app as a cash register, but to sync your reports to the Change Dashboard, you'll need to connect every now and then.
Will I pay extra for future updates?
No way. All future updates are free with your plan. So it just keeps getting better.
What equipment do I need to get started?
All you need is an iPad (2nd, 3rd, or 4th Generation), iPad Air, or iPad Mini to get started. To process credit cards, you'll need a credit card processing machine or Square Reader. And while not essential, an Epson receipt printer, cash drawer, and iPad stand can enhance your experience using Change. For pricing, head on over to our Hardware Page for a custom quote.
Will it cost more to add a second or third iPad?
No. You can use unlimited synced iPads, or terminals, per location. Once you open a second location, you'll need another account. In that case, call us and we'll walk you through it.
