Over the past few months during my internship at Change, I’ve been blogging, following, and ‘liking’ all things food. It's been so much fun watching tasty creations pop up in my feed. Some of our Change customers are so good with Facebook and Twitter that almost every day, I fight the urge not to jump in my car and road trip for lunch.
Bryan Fyock loves meatballs. Like, really loves them. As he prepares to open The Ball Joint this week in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, Fyock shared with us a bit about his "balls- to-the-wall" approach, how he came to open a meatball restaurant, and why he chose Change to help him do it.
