We'd like to give a warm welcome to Fresh Cafe & Market, our newest Change Test Pilot. Fresh Cafe, located in West Des Moines, is all about local, organic, feel-good food. From wraps to smoothies to wheatgrass shots, Fresh Cafe has something healthy for everyone.
Owner Kerri Rush has been running the cafe for the past eight years, as well as a booth at the weekly Downtown Des Moines Farmers Market. She also distributes wheatgrass shots to stores all around the metro area.
When Kerri first reached out to us, the cafe was using a small cash register, but needed something more robust to handle their ever changing menu. When that register broke down recently, the staff was forced to use a calculator until a replacement arrived. We immediately jumped in to help out, ordered equipment, and got Change up and running in a matter of days. Yesterday, was their first day using their new setup and it's going great so far.
